Getting ready to workout on your vacationWorking out during your holidays is not always possible and often you just don’t feel like it. I had decided to workout during my trip to Scotland and I had the best of intentions. I wanted to continue Focus T25 Gamma and/or Body Beast. I had everything I needed with me. My clothes, my shoes, my programs, my worksheets, my resistance band and my Shakeology. I was ready!
The first struggle was being in a different time zone. I thought it would be to my advantage, but on the contrary, it was against me. There is a five-hour difference between Quebec and Scotland and my body did not follow what I had in mind. Our flight was at 20:00 Tuesday night and we got to London at 07:30 the following day. We did not sleep much in the plane and we had a day ahead of us. I knew I wasn’t going to do much the first 2 days.
