Elle consiste \u00e0 faire un exercice avec un effort maximum pendant 20 secondes suivi d\u2019un repos de 10 secondes. Huit s\u00e9ries d\u2019un m\u00eame exercice sp\u00e9cifique doivent \u00eatre compl\u00e9t\u00e9es avant de faire un second.\u00a0 Cette forme d\u2019entra\u00eenement est tr\u00e8s courte, tr\u00e8s intense et produit des effets remarquables.
