Je n&#8217;ai jamais utilis\u00e9 les blocs de yoga car je suis assez flexible pour les exercices du programme.\n\nPour Supreme 90 Day\n<ul>\n\t<li>des poids ( dans mon cas, 5-8-10-15 et 20 lbs)<\/li>\n\t<li>un matelas de sol<\/li>\n\t<li>un ballon d&#8217;exercice (on peut s&#8217;en passer car on peut modifier, mais je le recommande)<\/li>\n\t<li>chaise (si vous n&#8217;avez pas de ballon)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\nL&#8217;engagement est essentiel dans ces programmes.
