La recherche a montr\u00e9 que des niveaux plus \u00e9lev\u00e9s de cette prot\u00e9ine peuvent desserrer les jonctions serr\u00e9es et augmenter la perm\u00e9abilit\u00e9 intestinale.( <a href=\"https:\/\/pubmed.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov\/21248165\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">6<\/a>\u00a0\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/pubmed.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov\/22731712\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">7<\/a> )<\/p><p>Deux facteurs sont connus pour stimuler des niveaux plus \u00e9lev\u00e9s de zonuline chez certains individus : les bact\u00e9ries et le gluten (<a href=\"https:\/\/pubmed.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov\/12404235\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">8<\/a>).<\/p><p>Il existe des preuves coh\u00e9rentes que le gluten augmente la perm\u00e9abilit\u00e9 intestinale chez les personnes atteintes de la maladie c\u0153liaque (<a href=\"https:\/\/pubmed.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov\/16099460\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">9<\/a>, <a href=\"https:\/\/pubmed.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov\/25734566\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">10<\/a>).<\/p><p>Cependant, la recherche chez les adultes en bonne sant\u00e9 et ceux qui ont une sensibilit\u00e9 au gluten non coeliaque montre des r\u00e9sultats mitig\u00e9s. Alors que des \u00e9tudes en \u00e9prouvette ont montr\u00e9 que le gluten peut augmenter la perm\u00e9abilit\u00e9 intestinale, les \u00e9tudes sur l&#8217;homme n&#8217;ont pas observ\u00e9 le m\u00eame effet. C&#8217;est ce qu&#8217;on appelle la <a href=\"https:\/\/www.healthline.com\/health\/digestive-health\/dysbiosis\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">dysbiose<\/a> intestinale.
