Oui! C\u2019est exactement ce que vous pouver penser! C\u2019\u00e9tait, \u00e0 quelques diff\u00e9rences pr\u00e8s, la m\u00eame chose! Ce qui est important de se souvenir est que souvent, on ne r\u00e9alise pas qu&#8217;on se sent mal jusqu&#8217;\u00e0 ce qu&#8217;on se sente mieux. C&#8217;est le constat que j&#8217;avais fait.\u00a0 Dans mon cas, je le savais depuis un moment, mais je me sentais gonfl\u00e9e apr\u00e8s mon latt\u00e9 du matin avec du lait de vache. J&#8217;avais essay\u00e9 du lait bio, sans antibiotiques, en vain. Un beau matin, je me suis lev\u00e9e et j&#8217;ai dit: &#8220;Adieu lait de vache!&#8221; J&#8217;aime mon latt\u00e9, mais pas assez pour me sentir mal \u00e0 tous les matins! Depuis ce temps, j&#8217;utilise du lait d&#8217;amande.\u00a0<\/p><p>Donc, lorsqu&#8217;on fait le programme, on \u00e9limine pour 30 jours:<\/p><ul><li><strong>Tous les sucres<\/strong>: pas de\u00a0 sucre ni \u00e9dulcorants naturels ou artificiels.
