J&#8217;en ai envie l\u00e0, l\u00e0! Donc, l&#8217;envie de chocolat\u00a0 m&#8217;a frapp\u00e9e de plein fouet. Petit probl\u00e8me&#8230; je n&#8217;ai n&#8217;avais plus d&#8217;oeufs, mais je me sentais cr\u00e9ative. J&#8217;ai donc cherch\u00e9 \u00e0 remplacer deux ingr\u00e9dients qui vont souvent dans les recettes de brownies traditionnelles: le beurre et les oeufs. J&#8217;ai remplacer le beurre par l&#8217;avocat et les oeufs par du bicarbonate de soude et du vinaigre. \u00c7a prend toujours quelques essais pour r\u00e9ussir, mais cette fois-ci, j&#8217;ai r\u00e9ussi du premier coup!<\/p><p>Mes brownies sont noires parce que j&#8217;ai utilis\u00e9 la <a href=\"http:\/\/www.bulkbarn.ca\/fr\/Products\/All\/Cocoa-Powder-Ruddy-Red-1521\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">poudre de\u00a0 cacao rouge<\/a> qui est plus riche en mati\u00e8re grasses (22-24%)\u00a0 et qui est tr\u00e8s fonc\u00e9e. Je l&#8217;ai pris chez Bulk Barn. Comme la plupart des gens utilisent la poudre ce cacao r\u00e9guli\u00e8re (qui contient de 10 \u00e0 12 % de mati\u00e8res grasses), l&#8217;apport calorique a \u00e9t\u00e9 calcul\u00e9 en fonction de cette derni\u00e8re.<\/p><p>Je vous invite \u00e0 essayer cette version sans oeufs ni produits laitiers et dites-moi ce que vous en
