Un plat que j&#8217;aimais beaucoup et que je mangeais r\u00e9guli\u00e8rement \u00e9tait le Amok. C&#8217;est un plat \u00e0 base de poisson, de gingembre, de chili, de curcuma et de lait de coco, le tout cuit dans des feuilles de bananes.\u00a0<\/p><p>Cette recette est inspir\u00e9e des saveurs du Amok. Je tiens \u00e0 pr\u00e9ciser que ce n&#8217;est pas la recette traditionnelle. Comme \u00e0 mon habitude, j&#8217;essaie de recr\u00e9er \u00e0 ma fa\u00e7on les saveurs qui flattent mon palais. Bien s\u00fbr, il y a aussi la disponibilit\u00e9 des ingr\u00e9dients.\u00a0 Le recette originale du Amok contient aussi de oeufs. La pr\u00e9paration de\u00a0 Amok de base que je propose peut-\u00eatre utilis\u00e9e pour faire d&#8217;autres recettes et pour assaisonner une pi\u00e8ce de viande ou tout simplement agr\u00e9menter un autre plat. Traditionnellement, le Amok se fait dans un mortier avec un pilon. Pour des raisons pratique, je le pr\u00e9pare dans mon Ninja. Si le coeur vous en dit, essayez-le. Bien que le c\u00f4t\u00e9 \u00e9pic\u00e9 de ce style de plat lui conf\u00e8re son authenticit\u00e9, vous pouvez omettre le chili, en mettre moins ou utiliser un piment moins \u00e9pic\u00e9. Je sugg\u00e8re par contre d&#8217;utiliser des piments frais. Le parfum des piments frais ajoute \u00e0 l&#8217;exp\u00e9rience de ce plat.\u00a0\u00a0<\/span>Un autre condiment essentiel dans cette recette est la sauce de poisson qui est \u00e0 la base de la plupart de\u00a0 plats de l\u2019Asie du sud-est. Et surtout, ne pas ajouter de sel! Et finalement, du poivre frais moulu va augmenter les b\u00e9n\u00e9fices du curcuma pour la sant\u00e9.<\/p><p>Allons-y!
