L&#8217;ingr\u00e9dient par excellence sans gluten, sans glucides et qui te procure un repas d\u00e9licieux qui ne te laissera pas sur ta faim!\u00a0 Je l&#8217;ai fait 5 fois pour arriver \u00e0 un r\u00e9sultat que je trouvais satisfaisant. Attention! C&#8217;\u00e9tait super bon \u00e0 toutes les fois, mais le probl\u00e8me \u00e9tait de faire un wrap qui tient. Mais, ayez des serviettes en masse \u00e0 port\u00e9e de la main. Donc, tu auras besoin d&#8217;une mandoline. Si tu parviens \u00e0 couper ton navet tellement mince que tu peux presque voir \u00e0 travers, tu auras un wrap tr\u00e8s mall\u00e9able. Lorsqu&#8217;il est coup\u00e9 plus \u00e9pais, \u00e7a fonctionne, mais il se d\u00e9fait et \u00e7a ouvre, mais \u00e7a go\u00fbte toujours bon! J&#8217;ai aussi essay\u00e9 sans peler le navet et \u00e7a aide les rondelles \u00e0 ne pas &#8220;friser&#8221;. Tu peux le peler si tu veux, mais apr\u00e8s avoir omis de le peler, je me suis dit: Humm! Une \u00e9tape de moins \u00e0 faire.\u00a0Aussi, pr\u00e9pare ton papier parchemin avant. C&#8217;est tellement bon que je crois pas que l&#8217;ajout de mayonnaise ou moutarde ou autre est n\u00e9cessaire. Ensuite, couper le nombre de tranches n\u00e9cessaires en deux afin d'obtenir un c\u00f4t\u00e9 droit.<\/p><\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/li>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<li class=\"wprm-recipe-instruction\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<div class=\"wprm-recipe-instruction-text\"><p>D\u00e9poser les tranches couper en deux sur les bords du plat en mettant le c\u00f4t\u00e9 droit vers l'ext\u00e9rieur du plat et en les superposant en couvrant environ la moiti\u00e9 de chacune avec une autre tranche comme des \u00e9cailles de poisson. Toujours s'assurer que chacune couvre au&nbsp; moins la moiti\u00e9 de la pr\u00e9c\u00e9dente pour pr\u00e9venir que le wrap s'ouvre par la suite Utiliser ce dont vous avez besoin. Il se peut qu'il reste des tranches de navet. Les garder pour un autre usage ou pour le prochain wrap.<\/p><\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/li>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<li class=\"wprm-recipe-instruction\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<div class=\"wprm-recipe-instruction-text\"><p>Mettre la moiti\u00e9 du fromage parmesan r\u00e2per sur le navet de fa\u00e7on \u00e9gale. Mettre au four \u00e0 Broil pour 5 minutes. Surveiller pour que \u00e7a ne br\u00fble pas. Vous voulez une surface dor\u00e9e et croustillant. Allonger ou diminuer ce temps de cuisson au besoin.<\/p><\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/li>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<li class=\"wprm-recipe-instruction\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<div class=\"wprm-recipe-instruction-text\"><p>Retirer du four. Retirer le navet du plat avec les c\u00f4t\u00e9s plus longs. D\u00e9poser et couvrir avec le deuxi\u00e8me papier parchemin . En tenant les deux parchemin d'une main ferme, retourner le navet. Le c\u00f4t\u00e9 dor\u00e9 est maintenant en dessous. Remettre dans le plat.<\/p><\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/li>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<li class=\"wprm-recipe-instruction\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<div class=\"wprm-recipe-instruction-text\"><p>Diminuer le four \u00e0 375 \u00b0F, remettre au four pour 15-20 minute ou jusqu'\u00e0 ce que le dessous sois dor\u00e9 et croustillant.&nbsp;<\/p><\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/li>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<li class=\"wprm-recipe-instruction\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<div class=\"wprm-recipe-instruction-text\"><p>Retirer le wrap de navet du plat et couper en deux. Il est pr\u00eat \u00e0 garnir. \u00c0 cette \u00e9tape, vous pouvez aussi le laisser dans le plat si vous n'\u00eates pas pr\u00eat \u00e0 le manger. Le remettre au four quelques minutes lorsque vous \u00eates pr\u00eats \u00e0 faire votre wrap.
