Comment faire une recette qui r\u00e9pond \u00e0 mes papilles gustatives et qui me permet d&#8217;\u00e9viter les produits laitiers et les produits c\u00e9r\u00e9aliers. Je substitue souvent le beurre par l&#8217;avocat et dans mes confections de muffins ou pain, j&#8217;utilise souvent la farine d&#8217;amande . Il faut dire que &#8216;en ai beaucoup \u00e9tant donn\u00e9 que je fais mon lait d&#8217;amande et je r\u00e9cup\u00e8re ainsi mes amandes broy\u00e9es. Apr\u00e8s quelques essais, j&#8217;ai r\u00e9ussi \u00e0 trouver le bon \u00e9quilibre avec les ingr\u00e9dients. Le r\u00e9sultat? Des brownies ultra moelleux et chocolat\u00e9s \u00e0 souhait.
