Ce n&#8217;est pas parce que je n&#8217;aime pas le go\u00fbt ou parce que je suis anti-pain. Comme j&#8217;ai connu les b\u00e9n\u00e9fices de ne plus en consommer, j&#8217;ai quand m\u00eame parfois envie de me faire un sandwich ou une toats!<\/p><p>Dans ma qu\u00eate d&#8217;une alimentation de type\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/fr.wikipedia.org\/wiki\/Di%C3%A8te_c%C3%A9tog%C3%A8ne\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">c\u00e9tog\u00e8ne<\/a>\u00a0, j&#8217;ai d\u00e9couvert cette recette qui ne contient aucun produits laitiers ni gluten. J&#8217;ai essay\u00e9 plusieurs recettes de pain de ce type et je dois dire que jusqu&#8217;\u00e0 pr\u00e9sent, ce pain au beurre de noix est mon premier choix. La plupart du temps, je trouve que la texture est granuleuse. Cette recette donne un pain\u00a0 moelleux et qui tient un sandwich comme un pain se doit de le faire!\u00a0Je me donc suis fait un sandwich aux oeufs et franchement, c&#8217;\u00e9tait d\u00e9licieux.\u00a0<\/p><p>La prochaine fois que je fais le faire, je vais ajouter des assaisonnements ou des herbes pour le personnaliser et marier les saveurs.
