J&#8217;ai commenc\u00e9 \u00e0 en manger souvent lorsque j&#8217;habitais au Cambodge. De retour au Canada, j&#8217;ai presque arr\u00eat\u00e9 d&#8217;en manger. Parce que je ne le cuisinais pas tout simplement. R\u00e9cemment, dans le but de manger moins de viande et de varier mon menu, j&#8217;ai recommenc\u00e9 \u00e0 en manger. Je dois dire que ma fa\u00e7on pr\u00e9f\u00e9r\u00e9 est de le faire r\u00f4tir dans la po\u00eale en fonte avec un peu d&#8217;huile de coco et et des assaisonnements. Mais bon, ce n&#8217;est pas assez. Voici une version facile de le cuisiner et qui est tout \u00e0 fait
