Personnellement , je peux le manger cru ou cuit. Oui, je sais. \u00c7a peut para\u00eetre bizarre, mais dans le fond, c&#8217;est comme le manger en sushi. Glenn par contre, bien qu&#8217;il en mange, ce n&#8217;est pas son aliment favori. De plus, il est tr\u00e8s s\u00e9lectif lorsque vient le temps d&#8217;en acheter. Il refusera d&#8217;en manger si ce n&#8217;est pas du saumon sauvage. Si c&#8217;est du poisson d&#8217;\u00e9levage, oublie \u00e7a! Je le suis, parce qu&#8217;en effet, si on se fit aux recherches faites, le saumon d&#8217;\u00e9levage est bourr\u00e9 de toutes sortes de trucs et ce sera pour un autre article.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-6a4f1c3 elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"6a4f1c3\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p>Je voulais faire un repas de saumon que Glenn aimerait. Comme il aime les plats faits avec du lait de coco, je me suis, hummm&#8230; On va mijoter quelques choses. Je voulais aussi incorporer quelques l\u00e9gumes. Je me suis rappel\u00e9e de mon s\u00e9jour au <a href=\"https:\/\/www.amaporte.ca\/que-le-temps-passe-vite\/#.WgtbKhOPK8o\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Cambodge<\/a> et lorsque je mangeais des curry au lait de coco avec des poivrons rouges. J&#8217;ai toujours aim\u00e9 cette combinaison de saveurs.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-0c8482d elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"0c8482d\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p>Et j&#8217;ai un mari qui adore cuisiner. Nous n&#8217;aimons pas n\u00e9cessairement les m\u00eames choses, mais s&#8217;il y a une chose que Glenn fait que j&#8217;adore, ce sont ses &#8220;rubs&#8221; Ce sont des m\u00e9langes d&#8217;\u00e9pices maison avec lequel j&#8217;assaisonne plusieurs de mes plats. Il en fait toujours une bonne quantit\u00e9 et on le garde sur le comptoir. C&#8217;est toujours disponible et \u00e7a nous inspire d&#8217;un repas \u00e0 l&#8217;autre. Ce sont les \u00e9pices que j&#8217;ai utilis\u00e9 pour mes saumons.
