Il faut dire que je me l\u00e8ve vers 5:00 AM. Assez pour que j&#8217;aie faim une deuxi\u00e8me fois dans la matin\u00e9e! Comme ce sandwich ouvert est tr\u00e8s sant\u00e9 et pas trop calorique, on pourrait le qualifier de repas juste en ajoutant des 1\/4 avocat, une autre tranche de pain et peut-\u00eatre des feuilles d&#8217;\u00e9pinard et ajoutant une salade verte comme accompagnement.\r\n\r\n&nbsp;\r\n<h3><strong>Ingr\u00e9dients\u00a0<\/strong><\/h3>\r\n<ul>\r\n \t<li>Pain de bl\u00e9 entier: 1<\/li>\r\n \t<li>Ricotta: 1\/3 tasse<\/li>\r\n \t<li>Poulet coup\u00e9 en d\u00e9s: 1\/3 tasse<\/li>\r\n \t<li>Tomate: 1\/2 petite tranch\u00e9e<\/li>\r\n \t<li>\u00c9chalotte verte: 1\/2 \u00e9minc\u00e9e<\/li>\r\n \t<li>Feuille ou bout de c\u00e9leri \u00e9minc\u00e9<\/li>\r\n \t<li>Sel et poivre: au go\u00fbt<\/li>\r\n<\/ul>\r\nGriller le pain, \u00e9tendre la ricotta. Ajouter l&#8217;\u00e9chalotte \u00e9minc\u00e9e et le c\u00e9leri. Ajouter le poulet, les tomates tranch\u00e9es. Saler, poivrer au go\u00fbt.
