Celui-ci quadruple lorsque cuit. Souvent, j&#8217;en fait une plus grosse quantit\u00e9 d&#8217;avance et je garde le reste pour faire des salades ou autre.<\/li>\r\n \t<li>Faire cuire les 8 feuilles de chou jusqu&#8217;\u00e0 ce qu&#8217;elles soient tendres. Environ 3-5 minutes. Bien les \u00e9goutter et les laisser refroidir.<\/li>\r\n \t<li>Dans un grand bol, d\u00e9poser la viande, le quinoa, les oignons hach\u00e9s, l&#8217;oeuf, la p\u00e2te de tomate, la sauce worcestershire, la basilique et les herbes italiennes. Bien m\u00e9langer le tout.<\/li>\r\n \t<li>Diviser en 8 parts \u00e9gales.
