Et des escalopes \u00e0 la Milanaise? Whouuah! Encore meilleur! J&#8217;avais envie de ce plat, mais je me demandais comment je pouvais le faire plus sant\u00e9, moins calorique et tout aussi d\u00e9licieux. Je recherchais l&#8217;aspect gratin\u00e9 sans avoir trop de calories mais aussi avec le go\u00fbt du fromage. La grande friture n&#8217;est pas n\u00e9cessaire et surtout pas toute l&#8217;huile n\u00e9cessaire \u00e0 celle-ci. Alors, comment transformer un classique \u00e0 mon go\u00fbt? Voici ma recette.\r\n<h3><strong>Temps de pr\u00e9partion total: 45 minutes\r\nTemps de pr\u00e9paration: 30 min.\r\nPortions:\u00a04<\/strong><\/h3>\r\n<h3><strong>Ingr\u00e9dients<\/strong><\/h3>\r\n<ul>\r\n \t<li>Porc\u00a0: 120g par personne (680g)<\/li>\r\n \t<li>Chapelure\u00a0: \u00bc tasse<\/li>\r\n \t<li>Huile coco\u00a0: 2 c. \u00e0 th\u00e9<\/li>\r\n \t<li>Sauce tomate\u00a0: 1 tasse<\/li>\r\n \t<li>Ricotta\u00a0: 1 1\/3 tasse<\/li>\r\n \t<li>Basilique: 1 \u00e0 2 c. \u00e0 table ou au go\u00fbt.<\/li>\r\n<\/ul>\r\n<ol>\r\n \t<li>Chauffer le four \u00e0 350<strong>\u00b0.\u00a0<\/strong><\/li>\r\n \t<li>Aplanir les escalope en avec un marteau-attendrisseur de viande. On peut aussi utiliser un rouleau \u00e0 p\u00e2te ou un bo\u00eete de conserve. Cela donnera l&#8217;impression que c&#8217;est une grosse portion car, bien aplanie, les escalopes seront grandes. Bien enrober les escalopes et \u00a0les secouer l\u00e9g\u00e8rement.Faire fondre l&#8217;huile de coco dans un po\u00ealon \u00e0 feu moyen-haut.
