C&#8217;est tellement bon! Mais, lorsque l&#8217;on suit le plan de nutrition de <a href=\"http:\/\/www.amaporte.ca\/programmes-entrainement-beachbody-quebec\/21-day-fix-autumn-calabrese\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">21 Day Fix<\/a>, le sirop d&#8217;\u00e9rable contient beaucoup trop de calories. J&#8217;avais envie de reproduire un go\u00fbt semblable sans le surplus de calories. M\u00e9langer jusqu&#8217;\u00e0 ce soit onctueux. Mettre de c\u00f4t\u00e9.<\/li>\r\n \t<li>D\u00e9poser la chapelure dans une assiette ou sur du papier parchem\u00e9.<\/li>\r\n \t<li>Faire fondre l&#8217;huile de coco dans un po\u00ealon sur un feu m\u00e9dium-haut.<\/li>\r\n \t<li>Bien enrober chaque filet de chapelure. Jeter le reste.<\/li>\r\n \t<li>D\u00e9poser les filets dans le po\u00ealon et bien faire dorer chaque c\u00f4t\u00e9.<\/li>\r\n \t<li>Dans un plat allant au four, verser un peu moins de la moiti\u00e9 du coulis \u00e0 l&#8217;ananas.<\/li>\r\n \t<li>D\u00e9poser les filets de saumon sur le coulis.<\/li>\r\n \t<li>Mettre au four pour 15 minutes.<\/li>\r\n \t<li>Au moment de servir, d\u00e9poser chaque filet dans une assiette et diviser et verser le coulis restant sur chacun des filets. S&#8217;il en reste, ce qui a \u00e9t\u00e9 mon cas, \u00e7a peut servir de vinaigrette pour une salade d&#8217;accompagnement.<\/li>\r\n \t<li>Servir avec une salade ou des l\u00e9gumes et\/ou du riz.
