Bien que lorsqu&#8217;on suit un plan de nutrition, la pr\u00e9paration est important, j&#8217;aime l&#8217;id\u00e9e d&#8217;avoir \u00e0 composer avec les aliments disponibles dans le frigo et respecter le plan alimentaire que j&#8217;ai choisi. Lorsque j&#8217;ai fait cette recette, j&#8217;avais compote de pommes en t\u00eate. Il est recommand\u00e9 de consommer des aliments entiers, mais parfois, ajouter un aliment transform\u00e9 fera explos\u00e9 la saveur recherch\u00e9e. J&#8217;utilise poivre, sel et hot paprika.<\/li>\r\n \t<li>Chauffer l&#8217;huile dans un po\u00ealon.<\/li>\r\n \t<li>Saisir les c\u00f4telettes \u00e0 feu vif environ 2-3 minutes de chaque c\u00f4t\u00e9<\/li>\r\n \t<li>Baisser le feu \u00e0 m\u00e9dium et retirer les c\u00f4telettes et les mettre de c\u00f4t\u00e9.<\/li>\r\n \t<li>Ajouter la compote dans le po\u00ealon et brasser.
