Finalement, du bonheur sur un b\u00e2ton!<\/p>\r\n<p class=\"ERSTopRight\"><a href=\"http:\/\/www.amaporte.ca\/wp-content\/uploads\/2016\/09\/Mango-Skewers.png\" rel=\"colorbox\" class=\"colorbox\"><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter wp-image-19558\" src=\"http:\/\/www.amaporte.ca\/wp-content\/uploads\/2016\/09\/Mango-Skewers-227x300.png\" alt=\"Brochettes de poulet et mangue\" width=\"450\" height=\"594\" srcset=\"https:\/\/www.amaporte.ca\/wp-content\/uploads\/2016\/09\/Mango-Skewers-227x300.png 227w, https:\/\/www.amaporte.ca\/wp-content\/uploads\/2016\/09\/Mango-Skewers-775x1024.png 775w, https:\/\/www.amaporte.ca\/wp-content\/uploads\/2016\/09\/Mango-Skewers.png 886w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 450px) 100vw, 450px\" \/><\/a><\/p>\r\n<strong>Temps de pr\u00e9paration:\u00a0<\/strong>15 minutes\r\n<strong>Cuisson<\/strong>: 8 minutes\r\n<strong>Portion:\u00a0<\/strong>4 &#8211; 2 brochettes par personne\r\n\r\n<strong>Ingr\u00e9dients:<\/strong>\r\n<ul>\r\n \t<li>Zeste de lime: 1 c. \u00e0 th\u00e9 (5ml)<\/li>\r\n \t<li>Jus de lime frais: 1\/4 tasse (60ml)<\/li>\r\n \t<li>Huile d&#8217;olive: 1 c. \u00e0 table (15ml)<\/li>\r\n \t<li>Ail: 3 gousses<\/li>\r\n \t<li>Poudre de chili: 2 c. \u00e0 th\u00e9 (10ml)<\/li>\r\n \t<li>Sel de mer: 1\/2 c. \u00e0 th\u00e9 (3ml)<\/li>\r\n \t<li>Poivre de Cayenne: in pinc\u00e9e (ou au go\u00fbt)<\/li>\r\n \t<li>Poitrine de poulet d\u00e9soss\u00e9e sans la peau: 500g<\/li>\r\n \t<li>Miel: 2 c. \u00e0 table (30ml)<\/li>\r\n \t<li>Mangues: 2 moyenne coup\u00e9e en gros d\u00e9s<\/li>\r\n \t<li>Poivron jaune: 1 coup\u00e9 en carr\u00e9 d&#8217;environ 2.5 cm carr\u00e9<\/li>\r\n \t<li>Poivron rouge:\u00a01 coup\u00e9 en carr\u00e9 d&#8217;environ 2.5 cm carr\u00e9<\/li>\r\n \t<li>Oignons rouges (ou blanc): 2 coup\u00e9s en carr\u00e9<\/li>\r\n<\/ul>\r\n<strong>Instructions:\u00a0<\/strong>\r\n<ol>\r\n \t<li>Combiner le zeste, le jus de lime, l&#8217;huile d&#8217;olive, l&#8217;ail, la poudre de chili, le sel et le poivre de Cayenne dans un bol et bien m\u00e9langer \u00e0 l&#8217;aide d&#8217;un fouet. Mettre de c\u00f4t\u00e9.<\/li>\r\n \t<li>Mettre le poulet dans un plat en verre. Verser la moiti\u00e9 de la marinade sur le poulet. Bien enrober le poulet de la marinade en le brassant doucement.<\/li>\r\n \t<li>Ajouter le miel au reste de la marinade.<\/li>\r\n \t<li>Faire les brochettes en comman\u00e7ant par le poulet, suivi de la mangue, du poivron et de l&#8217;oignon. R\u00e9p\u00e9ter 2 fois afin d&#8217;avoir 3 morceaux de chaque par brochette.<\/li>\r\n \t<li>Badigeonner les brochettes avec la marinade r\u00e9serv\u00e9e.<\/li>\r\n \t<li>Faire griller sur le BBQ ou griller au four de 6 \u00e0 8 minutes en les retourner aux 2 minutes et en les badigeonnant \u00a0\u00e0 nouveau \u00e0 chaque fois.
