Donc, voici ma version de Macaroni Chinois au boeuf approuv\u00e9 pour 21 Day Fix. Comme Glenn est souvent \u00e0 l&#8217;ext\u00e9rieur, je pr\u00e9pare souvent mes repas pour une portion. Vous n&#8217;avez qu&#8217;\u00e0 multiplier les ingr\u00e9dients par le nombre de portions que vous d\u00e9sirez pr\u00e9parer.\r\n\r\n<a href=\"http:\/\/www.amaporte.ca\/wp-content\/uploads\/2016\/03\/IMG_7644.jpg\" rel=\"colorbox\" class=\"colorbox\" rel=\"attachment wp-att-19297\"><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter wp-image-19297 size-large\" src=\"http:\/\/www.amaporte.ca\/wp-content\/uploads\/2016\/03\/IMG_7644-1024x768.jpg\" alt=\"Ingredients macaroni chinois au boeuf\" width=\"800\" height=\"600\" srcset=\"https:\/\/www.amaporte.ca\/wp-content\/uploads\/2016\/03\/IMG_7644-1024x768.jpg 1024w, https:\/\/www.amaporte.ca\/wp-content\/uploads\/2016\/03\/IMG_7644-400x300.jpg 400w, https:\/\/www.amaporte.ca\/wp-content\/uploads\/2016\/03\/IMG_7644-500x375.jpg 500w, https:\/\/www.amaporte.ca\/wp-content\/uploads\/2016\/03\/IMG_7644-760x570.jpg 760w, https:\/\/www.amaporte.ca\/wp-content\/uploads\/2016\/03\/IMG_7644.jpg 2048w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 800px) 100vw, 800px\" \/><\/a>\r\n\r\n<strong>ingr\u00e9dients<\/strong>\r\n<ul>\r\n \t<li>Huile de coco: 1 c. \u00e0 th\u00e9<\/li>\r\n \t<li>Macaroni: 1\/2 tasse cuit<\/li>\r\n \t<li>Boeuf hach\u00e9 maigre: 2\/3 tasse avant cuisson<\/li>\r\n \t<li>Ail: 1 gousse<\/li>\r\n \t<li>Gingembre: 5-10ml selon vos go\u00fbts<\/li>\r\n \t<li>Oignon vert: 1 hach\u00e9e<\/li>\r\n \t<li>Carotte: 1 hach\u00e9e<\/li>\r\n \t<li>Poivron rouge: 1\/4 en coup\u00e9s en petits d\u00e9s<\/li>\r\n \t<li>Brocoli: 1 grosse fleur<\/li>\r\n \t<li>Sauce Soja: 2 c. \u00e0 th\u00e9<\/li>\r\n \t<li>Coriandre fra\u00eeche hach\u00e9e: 1 poign\u00e9e<\/li>\r\n<\/ul>\r\n&nbsp;\r\n\r\nPorter un chaudron d&#8217;eau \u00e0 \u00e9bullition. Ajouter les macaroni. Pendant que les macaronis cuisent, faire fondre\u00a0l&#8217;huile de coco dans un po\u00ealon. Je suis une fan de mon po\u00ealon en fonte. Je n&#8217;utilise \u00a0pas de &#8220;PAM&#8221;. Vous pouvez utiliser un po\u00ealon anti-adh\u00e9sif et ne pas utiliser d&#8217;huile. Ajouter l&#8217;ail et le gingembre. Cuire environ 1 minute. Ajouter l&#8217;oignon vert. Ajouter le boeuf hach\u00e9 maigre. Brasser pour d\u00e9faire la viande. Cuire 1-2 minutes. Ajouter les reste des l\u00e9gumes. Sauter le tout. Si \u00e7a colle, ajouter un peu d&#8217;eau de la cuisson des p\u00e2tes. Ajouter la sauce de soja. Laisser cuire \u00e0 feu bas. \u00c9goutter les p\u00e2tes. Ajouter au po\u00ealon pour bien marier les saveurs en brassant pour 1 minute. Servir en ajoutant une poign\u00e9e de coriandre fra\u00eeche sur le dessus.
